Always nice staff, outdoor restaurant, ideal location close to everything. The room was convenient and extremely pleasant, I loved it. Buffet breakfast with freshly prepared selection.

A terrific hotel, we had a brilliant stay. The staff were very frendly, the property was reasonably clean, breakfast was fresh made! Business location, just a short stroll away from rotorua spa.

I recommend it and would stay here again. There were very big beds and air conditioning, WiFi and terrace in the apartment.
